Attire: Valkyrie dresses in a traditional samurai keikogi from Wano Country. The uwagi is pure white with loose sleeves, while the hakama and the wide ribbon to hold it in place are dark violet. Beneath them, she only has a layer of white bandages covering her breasts and panties of matching color. On her feet, she wears simple white socks and sandals. Additionally, her hair is held in a ponytail by a thin, white ribbon. Since her clothes don’t have pockets, she stores items beneath her uwagi and often secures them with the bandages.
Abnormalities: Unlike many other giants, Valkyrie has very human-like proportions.

On vocal side, she has a bad habit of releasing pent up stress or taunting her opponents by spouting colorful and often strange insults including but not limited to: "cowardly sugar ants, "mouth-breathing cabbage heads" and her personal favorite "lousy, luckless shiver mice".

Valkyrie is originally from Elbaf, the island of proud giant warriors. She grew up among rowdy and fearless friends. Both of her parents were also pirates, so becoming a brave warrior was very much in her blood. That’s also where she got her warrior’s honor and foul mouth. She spent most of her childhood helping her family cause chaos and getting in fights. Those fights were more often than not against other giant pirates as humans didn’t pose enough challenge. Valkyrie got her first sword when she was fifteen. It all started with a coin toss, as she couldn’t decide between a sword and an axe. Over the years, flipping a coin developed into the constant habit it is today.

At the age of 23, Valkyrie set out on her own adventure to see the world and improve her skills. During her travels, she kept relatively low profile and was regarded as a minor pirate. Her goal back then was self-improvement. Valkyrie sought for the world’s greatest swordsmen. It led her to the country of Wano, well-known for its powerful samurai. She took deep liking to Wano Country, especially because of their culture and honor code of brave warriors. They brought back good memories of Elbaf. She spent next six years there, training with some of the world’s greatest swordsmen and learning new techniques. During her stay she managed to get her hands on her current katana, Blood-soaked Serpent.

Valkyrie started travelling again at the age of 31. Armed with a new blade and new skills, she quickly gained infamy and the nickname "Whirlwind Valkyrie". She absolutely loved it. However, after numerous violent and destructive clashes with Marine forces, she was offered a position as a Shichibukai when she was 33. Bored with all the interruptions on her adventure, Valkyrie accepted the offer without much negotiation. Shortly after becoming a Shichibukai, people started referring to her as the Greatest Swordsman in the World. Despite a certain inaccuracy, the title made Valkyrie feel herself even more famous, so she adopted it and started openly claiming to be the greatest in the world. So far, she has been able to defend the title.

Now, she wanders around the world, seeking for all sorts of entertainment.

• ⚔ Bloody Serpent - This massive katana is one of the twelve legendary Saijo O Wazamono. It is said to be the largest katana in the world, with total length of 35 feet. The hilt is black and features a silvery diamond pattern, while the guard resembles a cart wheel. It has a perfectly clean steel blade. The sheath is blood red and has black rope wrapped around the upper part. As a legendary sword, it is incredibly sturdy and sharp, able to cut through stone and steel with ease. The legend states that the cursed blade draws strength from the wielder’s bloodlust and grows dull without constant bloodshed.

• ★ Lucky Coin - A golden coin ten times larger than an average coin. It has a detailed crown on one side and a grinning skull on the other. Valkyrie keeps it as a lucky charm and uses it to make most of her decisions.
  
• ★ Long-distance Navy Den Den Mushi - This enormous white and blue Den Den Mushi would be far too big for a human to carry, but for a giant it fits in the palm perfectly. Like the name and color scheme suggest, it is used by high-ranking Marines to reach her whenever they need to speak with her. However, other people can also call her if they happen to know her number. As a part of the deal with Marines, it also acts as a tracker and keeps her location updated at all times. The lucky snail resides in Valkyrie’s cleavage as her clothing doesn’t have pockets.

• ▶ Whirlwind Valkyrie - The famous skill that gave the giant her nickname. When Valkyrie fights, she can perform incredibly fast attacks to whip up destructive whirlwinds. Her slashes fly out as violet scars in the air itself that upon impact cut like her blade, while her thrusts fire orbs of compressed air that explode into chaotic vortexes. By adjusting the motions, she can easily control the size, speed and number of the projectiles. They travel extreme distances, even through solid matter. If she so wishes, she can create these attacks with her sheath alone, turning them blunt and non-lethal while retaining the painful effects.
  
• ▶ Expert Swimmer - On her travels, Valkyrie has spent more than enough time swimming to become some sort of an expert at it. With her incredible strength and stamina, she can easily pull a ship or even act as a makeshift craft. Distances are not a problem. However, only the selected few can get the favor from the giant. While she naturally can’t even compete with fishmen or merfolk, she is noticeably faster than most ships and sea beasts. In addition, her training has granted her such freakish lung capacity that she can dive for up to ten minutes straight.
  
• ▶ Busoshoku Haki - An inner power that allows the user to create a force similar to an invisible armor around themselves. This technique can defend against attacks that would otherwise cause serious harm. It can also be used to augment the user’s own attacks, projected ahead of the user as a pure brute force, or imbued in weapons to increase their effectiveness drastically. By channeling this haki into attacks, the user can even bypass protection granted by Devil Fruits and hurt the opponent directly.

• ▷ Immense Strength - Like all giants, Valkyrie is inherently strong and hardy, well beyond what smaller races can commonly achieve. The raw power combined with the massive size makes her unbelievably sturdy and allows her to survive massive amounts of punishment. Regular weaponry can barely scratch her and it takes extreme measures to actually injure her. When it comes to sheer physical power, she is easily among the strongest giants in the world. So far, her greatest and best known feat of strength is lifting and throwing a Navy Warship.
