Attire: Reagan is usually wearing a sturdy pair of red shoes, loose brown canvas pants with silver designs near the bottom, a faded brown vest that exposes a good bit of his pectorals, and a black, white and gold jacket with very loose sleeves. On occasion, he'll wear welder's goggles to protect his eyes from the bright flashes of explosions.
Abnormalities: He has a pair of scars running parallel down his face over each eye, and numerous other scars across his chest and arms.

Reagan was born to a poor family in the South Blue, and from day one, he knew he had to be the one to work. His father was a sickly man, having contracted a condition that left him bedbound from approximately two weeks after Reagan was born, and his mother had to quit her job to take care of him. As such, from approximately the age if 5, Reagan began working odd jobs around the small island they lived on. His strength began to emerge early from the manual labor jobs he took, such as unloading cargo from visiting ships and hauling wood. When he was 10, pirates attacked the village. Sensing an opportunity, Reagan offered to join them in return for sparing the village, and left the island. His share of the money they took from raids, Reagan always sent home to his parents. He continued, even after learning his father had died when he was 16.

When he was 17, the crew he was with crossed into the Grand Line, and Reagan lost contact with his parents. He continued on with the pirate crew. His crew sailed on for a bit, before a devastating attack by the Marines destroyed the ship, leaving Reagan one of the only survivors. He floated for a couple of days until he landed on Macchina di Terrano. He was found on the beach by a gunsmithing master, who took him in and brought him back to health by teaching him gunsmithing. Reagan took to it easily, teaching himself all manner of ballistic arts. He bid the man goodbye two years later and boarded another pirate ship, continuing on.

The ship stopped at the Sabaody to get the coating job and some much-needed ship repairs done, giving the crew some down time for a couple of months. There, Reagan met Platina. He was immediately smitten, and began getting to know her before finally asking her out. They were dating for a couple of weeks before a new pirate crew arrived on the Archipelago, and he met Snapdragon of the Kuja. He also began dating her, trying to make sure neither woman found out about the other. No small task, considering how distinctive he was. Needless to say, his efforts failed. Luckily, by the time the two women found out about each other, his crew was ready to leave and Reagan had long since skipped town. His crew ribbed on him for it for ages.

In the New World, Reagan found another niche for himself, and left to start his own pirate crew. He began making a name for himself, leading her crew on raids and becoming quite famous for his guns and artillery. His weaponry and large size earned him the nickname "Walking Warship", and he soon became famous enough to challenge one of the former Yonkou. He won handily by using a grenade to catapult the man into the sea, negating his powers. He took the man's ship for his own, remodeling it quite a bit to suit his needs. The shipbuilding work, along with continued innovation with his guns, led to his strength growing even more, to the point he plateaued at and remains at to this day.

The Walking Warship became a feared Yonkou, living up to his name in his raids. As the years passed, his power remained the same, and in fact grew slightly, but he did not. He kept in shape, so he did not go into old age like most men. His mind, however, showed some strain. He took up smoking tobacco and marijuana to help, but it didn't. The most famous account of him finally snapping revolves around him stealing a stuffed raven and attaching it to his shoulder. As he proceeded to age, his crew left him for a variety of reasons, but in a strange maneuver most believe to be fueled by ungodly amounts of marijuana, Reagan purchased 40 million Beli worth of dwarven slaves to be his crew. He called them "lawn gnomes", giving his crew it's current name.

Despite his dementia, Reagan remained a force to be reckoned with. The Walking Warship had lost none of his skill or sheer physical power, and it in fact increased when he learned Busoshoku Haki on a whim. He eventually returned to Paradise, trying to find something to do.

• ⚔ Reagan's Reaver - His primary weapon nowadays, a massive Gatling gun with 12 barrels. It weighs approximately 110 lbs unloaded, 140 with the massive box of ammunition on the side attached. It's also got the trigger hidden so that only Reagan can use it. Reagan can also wield it one-handed.
  
• ⚔ Harbinger - A larger version of the Skypiean Burn Bazooka, capable of launching the same massive bursts of flame. It weighs 120 lbs, and Reagan can also use it one-handed.

• ★ Grenades - Reagan keeps six fragmentation grenades of his own design on his person at all times.

• ▶ Superhuman Strength - Through years of training, Reagan has sculpted himself into a man with the sheer physical power to stop an onrushing train. If he wanted to, he could punch a man clear across a small town, but he mainly uses his strength to hoist larger and larger guns.
  
• ▶ Busoshoku Haki - Reagan learned Busoshoku Haki on the equivalent of a Tuesday, so he's not too terribly good at it. However, he does have it, allowing him to maintain a Busoshoku Koka for one post and deliver Haki-infused punches.
