[attr="class","type"] [attr="class","title"]Information [break] Type: Sword.[break] Strengths: Kurimuzon fighting style relies heavily on the use of two swords, and overwhelming the enemy with multiple slashes at once. Very rarely do the techniques of this style involve one or two slashes; users are actually encouraged to use a multiple series of strikes from different angles. The main attributes of this style are as follows, Speed, Accuracy, and Fluidity.[break]Weaknesses: With so much focus on using fluid movements, with swift attacks one cant help but wonder where the raw power is? Well, Crimson Dawn does not rely on power very much since its users use multiple strikes at once there is no great emphasis on a single powerhouse attack. Another weakness besides the lack of raw power, is that the style lacks any real defensive moves. So although there are few counter attacks, there is really no focus on defense its all about constant attack, leaving users open for attacks themselves.[break] [attr="class","desc"] [attr="class","title"]Description [break] A combination of swift strikes, with precise targets the style known only as Kurimuzon was developed for the simple purpose of overwhelming an enemy with multiple strikes at once. To initiate the attacks the user can either take the entire offensive, moving forward chaining together a series of strikes, or set up one of the few counter attacks which this style holds. The user will also be light on his feet using their reflexes to allow them to avoid strikes, not focused too much on defense this style has very few blocking attacks normally only employing such tactics when a counter attack is being set up. Other then that you see users of this style attacking you with multiple strikes at once, relying on the blinding speed of the scimitars. Yes this style was made for scimitars in particular, the style also incorporates some moves that are based on elements. One such example is the use of grinding the blades together in order to create a wild close range spark that ignites into a burst of flames, or swinging the swords so quickly in the air that he delivers multiple small air blades in one direction at once. These techniques however are rarely used, because until the typical application of this styles usual attacks, they are one shots not meant to really overwhelm, and lack the flexibility of most other techniques. The use of swords is mainly the focus, not much focus on elemental attacks or the likes... |
