Lilith's life was decidedly average. Her parents were Marines, and so it was expected that she would become a Marine as well- and when she came of age, she did. However, she was consistently written up for disobeying regulations. She refused to abide by the dress code, instead preferring to wear her own dresses on base. Thankfully, instead of kicking her our of the Marines entirely, the base captain transferred her to work at a nearby prison where the Warden was particularly lax about the uniform codes, which is how Lily got into corrections initially. But one day, while working at the prison, one of the inmates had a peculiar item confiscated after a routine search. It was a fruit. The Warden recognized it for what it was and gathered all of the guards together, offering it to anyone who was willing to suffer the consequences. As it turned out, Lily was the only one brave enough to step forward. However, she wasn't driven by a lust for power or anything of the sort. She was simply curious about the flavor. The first bite was horrendous... as was the second, and the third. Lily tried all manner of ways to improve the taste- steaming it, candying it, turning it into a smoothie... eventually she'd eaten the entire thing without being any closer to making it more palatable.

The Devil Fruit's nature was soon discovered, however. It allowed Lily to transform the prisoners into voodoo dolls. But curiously, whenever she transformed someone, everyone aside from her forgot about that person's very existence. As such, when she tried to explain the nature of her power to the Marine brass, they were naturally skeptical. All she could do was hold up a doll and claim that it had once been a person. But no record existed of the 'victim', and nobody could remember who they even were, even if she preformed the process right in front of the person. Through her perseverance, Lily finally managed to convince them that her power was real. After realizing the usefulness of being able to make the public forget about anyone she transformed into a doll, they assigned Lily to Impel Down. The prison was filled with the worst criminals the world had to offer, and their legacy served to inspire many new pirates. But with Lily's power, everyone locked away was as good as dead. Under her control, they were incapable of escape, and nobody outside the prison would even know who they were. It was a fate worse than death.

But as it turned out, the fruit also happened to grant an entirely unrelated power- one of eternal youth. As such, even when the Warden of Impel Down passed away due to his advanced age, Lilith was promoted from Vice-Warden to fill his place. As she has remained for the past twenty years, never aging a day beyond when she ate the fruit that gave her her powers.

• ⚔ Giant Fork - Lily's primary weapon is a two meter long metal fork. It's the same as a fork in every way, simply scaled way up.
• ⚔ Giant Spoon - Lily's primary shield is a two meter long metal spoon. It's the same as a spoon in every way, simply scaled way up.

• ★ Black Den Den Mushi - A type of Den Den Mushi used commonly by the Marines, as listening devices or "wiretaps", to intercept calls between pirates or other miscreants. They are actually a different type of species compared to other types of Den Den Mushi. They do not grow as they age and remain a small portable size for the rest of their lives. They enjoy eavesdropping, and dislike communicating with others. Lily's particular snail has a little black bow on the right side of it's head.
  
• ★ Baby Den Den Mushi - A fairly small and portable Den Den Mushi, enough to fit in one's palm. It's good for keeping in contact with fellow comrades in the same area, but incapable of inter-island calls. They can also be used as speakers, in which to broadcast the user's voice throughout the area. As with her Black Den Den Mushi, Lily's has a black bow on the left side of it's head.
  
• ★ Sewing Kit - A kit with a sewing needle and thread for emergency field repairs! She uses this to fix or add accessories to her dolls. Nothing special.
  
• ★ Drawing Set - A large notebook with writing utensils. Can be used to either draw or write messages. Not particularly exceptional.
