Description: The Goro Goro no Mi is a Logia-class Devil Fruit that turned Izumi into a "Lightning Human" [雷人間 Kaminari Ningen], granting her the power to create, control and transform into electricity at will. While offering the abilities of flight and high-speed movement, the fruit's most notable strength is the ability of dodging physical attacks by turning the lavender topped marine's body into pure electricity, causing tangible things - such as weapons and bodies - to pass through the same without having any effect on the Kuja, while at the same time suffering from electric shocks as long as these attacks aren't imbued with Haki or consist of an isolator that doesn't conduct electricity. Even without rendering her frame intangible the plum haired female has become immune to attacks and effects that carry attributes connected to electricity and partially even light. The voltage created by the Goro Goro no Mi in theory is strong enough to almost immediately electrocute as the Logia's maximum voltage output is 200 million volts.

As a wielder of a Devil Fruit, the mauve haired girl shares the weaknesses of all those that dared to consume one of these mysterious items. Most of these people only suffer from a weakness revolving around the ocean's element as well as the materials born from the same, such as Kairōseki. Being unable to swim and having her powers negated and drained by the famous Seastone, however, isn't the young admiral's only weakness. The Goro Goro no Mi additionally carries a unique weakness associated to its element. Isolators, such as rubber, completely negate the fruits intangibility, while at the same time being completely immune to its powers.

• ▶ Raijin [God of Lightning] - This ability allows Izumi to render her entire body or parts of it intangible by turning them into electricity. Doing so she can choose between an obvious transformation that turns her appearance into a bright, azure form of herself, or keep her usual appearance in order to prevent opponents from immediately noticing the true nature of her Devil Fruit. In order for her to successfully evade an incoming attack the purple topped marine, however, has to be aware of the same as she is unable to instinctively turn into the element of electricity.
  
• ▶ Hiraishin [Flying Thunder God] - Turning her body into electricity in the form of a thunderbolt, Izumi then ascends into the sky in order to move across the clouds. Doing so she travels with the speed of lightning and therefore is capable of covering huge distances almost instantly. Reaching her chosen destination she once again descends in the form of a fierce bolt. Even though the lightning strike looks quite violent, there actually isn't any damage dealt to the surrounding area as the mauve haired Kuja drastically stops her motions and reverts to her original form split seconds before safely touching the ground.
  
• ▶ Kyūden [Ball Lightning] - Wrapping both her hands into a coat of electric currents Izumi then brings them together, creating a sphere of electricity that quickly expands until it reaches a diameter of about four meters, emitting a blinding, blueish light capable of temporarily blinding anyone looking at it. Being released from her hands the large orb travels a few meters before it starts to fade again. Unlike a real ball lightning, this sphere actually consists of nothing but pure energy and therefore could be considered dangerous. Its main purpose, however, isn't to damage, but rather to blind and distract nearby opponents.
  
• ▶ Dengeki [Electric Shock] - Upon making contact with a person or object Izumi releases a surge of electricity. She makes use of this technique in order to temporarily numb or even paralyze an opponent.
  
• ▶ Shinken [Divine Right] - Making contact with a metallic item Izumi is capable of infusing electrical energy, charging the item in question. This way she is able to turn a weapon it into an improved tool as it is capable of temporarily numbing and paralyzing the area it strikes. The blonde further is capable of using this technique in a defensive manner by infusing enough electricity to heat the item past its boiling point and therefore deforming and even melting it.
  
• ▶ Kansoku [Observation] - Closing her eyes and focusing on her surroundings Izumi is capable of perceiving the electromagnetic fields emitted by all living creatures. In combination with her Kenbunshoku Haki, this ability grants her an accurate view of the number of creatures moving in the surrounding area and for example allows her to track down escaping individuals or expose ambushes before they can effectively harm her friends. Capable of monitoring an area with a radius of seventy-five meters, this technique requires an enormous amount of concentration and therefore is quite taxing.
  
• ▶ Raijū [Thunder Beast] - A surge of energy is emitted from the Kuja's back and almost immediately assumes the shape of a large wolf. The beast, which consists of pure electricity, then quickly launches at the target with its teeth bared while creating a sound similar to the growling of thunder. Despite possessing an animal form it, however, isn't capable of inflicting any wounds with its fangs and claws and instead simply electrifies a target upon making contact.
  
• ▶ Sandaーbaーdo [Thunderbird] - A technique that could be considered a more advanced version of Raijū as it also origins from a surge of energy released from Izumi's back. The amount of electricity utilized for the creation of the shape of a giant bird, however, is far greater, since the form is large enough to tower over a single-story building. Unlike it's antecessor, this technique isn't simply launched at the opponent like a projectile and instead stays connected to the purple haired admiral through a bond of electricity that allows her to freely control the creature's movements.
  
• ▶ Shūrai [Lightning Strike] - Raising one of her hands Izumi releases a bolt of lightning into the skies above, which then jumps between the clouds like a sheet lightning before striking a target at the ground below. The fact that the attack itself is launched from the heavens above makes it even more difficult to dodge as its origin can't be easily pinpointed.
  
• ▶ Raiu [Thunderstorm] - By Charging and heating up the surrounding air Izumi is capable of creating dense thunderclouds that quickly grow and engulf the area, before releasing a thunderstorm on the ground below. While being everything but innocuous for those being in the affected area, this technique can serve multiple purposes as it can be used as a distraction, cover or simply in an attempt of demoralizing opponents. The heavy rain released by the gloomy structures is most likely considered unpleasant by most as it quickly drenches them, while it also slightly affects the field of vision. In combination to the roaring thunder and the lightnings that shower the ground below communication and orientation can become quite difficult. Foul weather has more than just once been enough to cause pirates and bounty hunters alike to stop their advance, which makes it an ideal technique when pursuing pirates. The thunderstorm created by this technique lasts until the clouds have dispersed. Even though covering an area as large as a small village, this technique can be easily countered by strong winds as they will cause the clouds to drift away.
  
• ▶ Tokkan [Lightning Attack] - Raising one of her arms Izumi directs her palm at her opponent before the same then starts glowing brightly as it is engulfed in electricity. Releasing a blast of electricity large enough to completely devour a human of average size. The beam released lasts as long as the female admiral wishes and is strong enough to mill even massive rock. Even though being a straight ray, the Kuja is capable of adjusting its angle and direction by moving her wrist or arm.
  
• ▶ Kaminari [Thunder] - Izumi heats the surrounding air using the power of the Goro Goro no Mi until it explodes in a thunder clap, causing a shock wave strong enough to protect her from incoming projectiles and even push larger and heavier opponents backwards.
  
• ▶ Nigemizu [Mirage] - Creating an electromagnetic field that engulfs the surrounding are, Izumi is capable of influencing the brains of other individuals, which causes them to start hallucinating. Being as fast as lightning, Izumi invented this technique in order to fool her enemies and secure the escape of those she considers her allies.
  
• ▶ Kishikaisei [Resuscitation] - This passive ability automatically jump-starts the Kuja's heart as soon as it stops beating. This, however, doesn't make her immortal and only works if the heart's muscle is intact.
  
• ▶ Denjimyaku [Electromagnetic Pulse] - Izumi's entire frame starts to emit an azure glow as the purple haired Kuja shrouds the same into electric currents. The glow gets more intense for a moment or two before it then abruptly dies down, leaving no trace of electric activity. Spreading her arms to the sides the admiral then releases an electromagnetic pulse from her body that quickly expands in a spherical manner, traveling a distance of 70 meters in each direction, immediately shutting down all kinds of electronics within the affected area. While unable to permanently damage these devices, this technique, however, is capable of temporarily disabling them. Devices found within sentient beings, like cyborgs, are rendered utterly useless for five posts, while nonsentient electronics along with Den Den Mushis won't be useful for the next ten posts.
