Mainly format issues this time.
-There seems to be an unnescsary gap between all your subtitetles and the following lists. Please amend this.
-Also, you have added unnescary titles into the list at the very top of your application, such as replacing age with date of birth, and affiliation with "master: Megumi Kuragari." where you should place "marine".
-Please also change your title format to "Marine :: Pet :: Hageshi zoo"
-You mention "wings" in abnormalities. As far as I know no snake has wings in one piece naturally, so please specify if this is due to a fruit. If not, I will discuss it with the other mods.
-No alignment has been given. While you may have "Lawful neutral" or so on as your personal alignment, your pet may act differently, so please specifiy
