Description: The Hie Hie no mi is the type of fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into the very element of ice, which essentially turns the person into a Freezing Human (氷結人間 Hyōketsu Ningen). As a result the user does not get cold, not effected by winter environments, nor can they be effected by any type of cold attacks that could potentially damage them. The user is able to change various body parts to ice and back without any damage to their tissue at all.

It allows the user to turn to ice as well as their surroundings to ice, which is a major strength that the fruit has. If a user becomes strong enough they could potentially freeze over at least half an island with no problem. The user could easily freeze water or a portion of the ocean so they can walk over it or a tsunami. They are able to turn their body to ice when they are being attacked to receive no damage as they turn to ice and shatter away with physical contact. The fruit grants amazing speed while no match for the speed of light but the user is able to move at high speeds by turning their body to ice and it can travel great distances.

The Hie Hie no mi has the average weaknesses that the any other devil fruit has by being a complete hammer in water. This fruit is also effected by that of Karoseki and Bakoshuko haki much like any other devil fruit user is. the devil fruit is also weak or ineffective towards vibrations violent enough to shatter his ice and anything as hot as magma as it will melt the ice very easily. The fruit comes into play against fire it is canceled out when the two of them clash. It is the type of fruit that requires an object or opponent to be touched to freeze said things but there are ways around this by creating weapons and what not.

• ▶ Kooritai 氷体 (Body of Ice) - This ability allows the user to transform their entire body or parts of their body into ice. It is used in most cases to block attacks as they are thrown at them. Once hit especially with a particularly hard attack the ice shatters away.[break]
  
• ▶ Hyoushou 氷像 (Ice Sculpture) - Another ability that is meant for deception or as a distraction for a clean get away. The user makes a sculpture of themselves out of ice as if they were using Body of Ice to protect themselves from contact with the enemy.[break]
  
• ▶ Hyouheki 氷壁 (Ice Wall) - The user makes a wall made of ice in front of themselves or an ally. The wall made is typically only about the height of the user or the ally they are trying to protect and about as wide as them as well. The wall can be made longer if the user has more time to think about it and more effort is put forth in making it. The thickness of the wall depends on this as well but it is never so thin as to break from the lightest touch.[break]
  
• ▶ Koorino Tacchi 氷のタッチ (Ice Touch) - This ability freezes the opponent or whatever the user is touching. It is a requirement of this ability to be touching the thing that the user wants to freeze. This includes any ice that they may have created to attack the opponent or hinder them as long as its touching their body. It takes a really long time for the user to be able to completely freeze their opponent.[break]
  
• ▶ Hyouchuu 氷柱 (Ice Pillar) - The user makes a pillar of ice jut up out of the ground or a wall right in front of their opponent. This can be used to piece the opponent or to just hinder them in an escape. If the pillar touches the opponent they can preform Ice Touch to freeze them as a whole or the body part that they are touching. [break]
  
• ▶ Hisame 氷雨 (Hail) - The consists of the user of the fruit freezing the water in the atmosphere in a 50 yard radius around them. Caking on the water droplets with their own ice and forming ice pellets about from .20 inches (5 mm) to 6 inches (15 cm) in diameter depending and they rain down upon the area just like hail does. These pieces of hail can weigh anywhere from about .5 lbs to 1.1 lbs and can be about .039 inches (1 mm) thick.[break]
  
• ▶ Koorireipia 氷レイピア (Ice Rapier) - The users forms a rather rugged looking sword out of ice. Although it may not look too much like a rapier it is still rather similar in design with a guard that covers the user's hand. It is usually formed from the hand of the user but can also be formed around something in the user's hand.[break]
  
• ▶ Koorino 氷の (Ice Over) - This ability allows for the ground they are standing on to be literally iced over. It also works when it comes to the ocean and that's how they manage to make it past the hammer in the water bit. This ability is not a permanent thing or at least not at this point. They freeze anything in their path in about a 50 yard radius. [break]
  
• ▶ Shimobashira 霜柱 (Ice Needles) - The user makes needles out of ice about the size of any normal sowing needle may be, however, they are pointed on both ends. The user throws them at their opponent to either nail a hit with it or to pin them to the object closest to them.
  
• ▶ Hyoushin 氷震 (Ice Quake) - There is a bit of planning that goes into this ability. The user must carefully observe their surroundings and the placing of their opponents as well as their allies before actually putting this ability into action. It also requires there to be a crack in to ground that is visible to the user. After all that is said and done they freeze the inside of the crack to expand and put pressure on the surrounding rock. An explosion will result from the pressure creating tremors, vibrations, ground cracking and sometimes even causing cracks and fissures.
