Instead, Chester prefers a far more casual manner of dress which has only a passing nod to his status as a Marine in the form of a dark blue, short sleeved muscle shirt tucked into his trousers. Speaking of his trousers, Chester favors a rather plain pair of khaki colored, boot cut clacks. Though they have become a bit worn due to prolonged periods of use, their above average material has left them free of any holes, tears, or stains. That being said, the ends of the pant legs have become ever so slightly frayed with time but this is unnoticed as Chester normally tucks them into his boots. Due to being tailored with Chester in mind, the pants seem to hug his thighs just a bit more than usual. To protect his feet, Chester wears size 13, brown leather boots rising to his midcalf. Made from worn yet sturdy leather with plenty of character, Chester broke them in long ago and continues to dote on them to this day, frequently polishing them and applying fresh coats of water proofing. Chester pairs them with a brown leather belt with brass fittings and, though unseen at any point in the day, high, brown athletic socks. Finally, Chester adds in a splash of color with a dark red, leather jacket. While it was originally a long sleeved jacket, McDougal has since had the sleeves cut and hemmed, rolling them up to end just above his elbow. Aside from that, the only truly notable trait of the jacket is the presence of additional leather padding in the shoulders which provides for a nice aesthetic when paired with McDougal's athletic build. Much to his dismay, the zipper on the jacket was broken beyond repair long ago. Though they are nothing special, Chester often wears brown leather gloves.
