Mod Team Applications!

That's right everybody! We're hiring for staff!

The reason for this is that it's come to my attention that with the current situation we just simply don't have enough staff on at any one given time to handle all the behind the scenes work that needs to be completed before we can finish reopening. You've probably noticed that progress in that area has been severely lacking the last week or so. As such, I'm taking it upon myself to hire on some new help. This is due to some personal issues I had with the quality of work shown by the past few mods Night has hired.

Now, the big thing that needs to be kept in mind about this. I'm only looking to actually hire a single mod. That doesn't mean there can't or won't be more hired, but I may cap it at a total of two new mods at this time.

I am a stickler for quality work and availability; both in the Cbox to take care of issues there, and in Skype to take care of behind the scenes work. The staff have proper procedures put in place for accepting various things, and I expect them to be followed. I don't mind being asked about such procedures should any hired mods forget them.

Below you will see the application for becoming a mod. Please fill it out entirely and PM it to me for review. Applications will be accepted until 11:59pm CST on Saturday, June 20th.

OOC Name: Your name in the Cbox
DoB Characters: Just as a reference for staff
Past Sites: Any sites you've been staff on before
Reason for Leaving: If you left the staff team of any sites we'd like to know the basic reason
Skype Name: We do all the staff discussions over Skype
Opinion of DoB: Your honest opinion about how the site is currently set up
Reason for Joining: We want to know why you want to be on the staff
Qualifications: We also want to know why you think we should hire you

I promise everyone that applies will get a fair chance if the above form is filled out honestly and entirely. None of the questions are meant to sound like we're badgering you. The information is just meant to give the current staff a good basis to go on for decisions.
